That hustle quickly turned into full-blown REO cleanouts and property repairs for banks and asset managers. I spent years working side by side with realtors, getting foreclosed homes ready for the market and handling everything from trash-outs to repair estimates. I wasn’t just learning real estate — I was living it.
By the time I became an agent myself, I already had thousands of hours inside homes — fixing them, evaluating them, and understanding what buyers really care about (and what they should run from).
